CS Inventories is a leading Property Inventory Reporting Company based in North Essex. Established in 2009, we provide independent and unbiased high quality inventory services to both letting agents and private landlords.
We aim to take away all the hassle of letting property by providing exceptional Compliant, Secure Inventories and support services across Essex and the surrounding counties. Our Services include:

I've worked within the lettings industry for over 14 years forfilling many roles from assistant manager of a large letting agent, negotiator, property manager to (my favourite) inventory clerk.
After having my two children, I needed more balance my life, allowing me to be around for my family yet not compromising on my career. CS Inventories allows me to achieve this whilst continuing to do a job I love.
Carole Sherris
I have a back ground in property dating back to the 1990’s and I lead this hard working bunch and have varying hobbies.
I like to 10 pin bowl, walks in the countryside with my dog and I have a massive passion for Cornwall. Family is a big deal to me! My extended family are fantastic and we regularly hire large houses and all go together. Where we surf, enjoy local cider, sight see and all chill together!

Ali Barnet
I'm Alison Barnet but please call me Ali. I have been an Inventory Clerk for 9 years having qualified in 2011. This has been a job that has fitted well around family and gives a lot of variety and challenges!
I also work at Stansted airport as this line of work gives me the flexibility I like to do other things. I am married with 2 children and in my spare time I like to play and watch sports and visit the cinema.
