Interim Visit / Periodic Check

The Interim inspection is an important part of the tenancy.  These inspections should be carried out quarterly. We provide a detailed report on the condition and cleanliness of the property during the tenancy term.   

 

During this type of inspection, we look for over occupancy, smoking, pets, damages and generally confirm that the tenant is looking after the property.  It is also an opportunity to check for any maintenance issues and possible hazards.

• This report highlights any problems that the landlord/agent should be concerned about during tenancy and as with all our reports includes digital photographs where necessary.

• This process ensures trust on both sides and highlights the intentions to conduct the tenancy in an acceptable manner by both parties.

• This procedure can also assist in reducing any disputes or nasty surprises that may come the end of the tenancy.
